Corona virus implications for EAA Annual Congress 2020
The preparations for the EAA Annual Congress of 2020 continue. Given nearly 1,000 early-bird registrations by the end of February, the EAA is fully committed to doing whatever it takes to organise the Congress as planned.
As the corona virus situation evolves, please be assured that we are actively monitoring the WHO statements, travel advice and safety precautions – continually assessing their implications for potential congress delegates. The recommended safety precautions will be provided at the Congress. Please also view the coronavirus infographic for your perusal.
To accommodate your uncertainty, the EAA Management Committee has decided to give authors of accepted papers an extended opportunity to register for the congress until March 31, 2020, and to have their paper included in the congress program. Registration as well as our cancellation policy are available here.
We trust you will be able to make an informed decision about your travel to Bucharest. Hope to see you there!
